Exercise of the Week:

A banded row is a great exercise that can be performed in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a band and a door!

How to perform a row:

  1. Loop colored band around door handle or inside door.

  2. Reach for band, facing forward

  3. Bend at the elbows as you pull the band into your sides, keeping elbows at 90 degrees

  4. Gently squeeze shoulder blades together as you pull band

  5. Release and repeat for 2 x 10 reps

Tips: Feel for moderate intensity of band. Not too light, not too heavy.

  • Strengthens back muscles

  • Improves posture

  • Joint friendly

  • Rehab friendly

  • convenient!
