Missy McMurray

Missy began incorporating Pilates into her own fitness regimen after several back and knee injuries. She quickly saw the health benefits and began the STOTT PILATES instructor training in Atlanta. She is STOTT PILATES certified in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels and is also a certified TRX instructor.

Missy is known for her energetic teaching style. She enjoys working with clients privately and in groups to lead them through a safe yet challenging workout.

Katie McCord

Katie is an authentic Georgia peach, born and raised in Atlanta. She spent many years in the Sandy Springs area before heading out west for the ski slopes of Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado where she graduated with a degree in business management. She continued westward after graduation seeking the sunshine of Southern California. Katie pursued a career in retail and ultimately opened her own clothing boutique.

It was in California where she discovered STOTT PILATES®.  After returning to Atlanta, Katie decided to turn her love of Pilates into a career becoming a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor. She has extensive knowledge of all STOTT PILATES equipment as well as Core Barre ™ training. Her energy and exuberance for her work creates a fun and exciting environment for both herself and her clients.

When Katie is not teaching classes, she enjoys being with her wonderful family!

Megan Hunter

Megan is experienced in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as women’s health conditions. She has a special love for the evaluation and treatment of the running athlete. Megan's passion is to provide runners and athletes with the knowledge and skills to revolutionize their own fitness and stay injury free.

Megan holds a doctorate degree from Emory University. She is a Polestar trained Pilates Rehab instructor certified with the Pilates Method Alliance, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Megan is trained and certified in performing the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) used to identify and correct dysfunctional movement patterns that predispose athletes to injury. She has taken numerous continuing education courses on topics including kinesiotaping, running medicine, and women’s health. Megan is currently pursuing certification in osteopathic manual medicine through Michigan State University, as well as certification in trigger point dry needling through Myopain Seminars.
