Exercise: Clamshells

How to perform clamshellsLying on your side with knees bent to about 75°. Gently cinch girdle, pulling low belly in.  Keep hips aligned one on top of the other.  Keep heels together and raise the top knee towards the ceiling.  Do not let top hip roll back.To increase difficulty:  Tie elastic band above knees.clamshellsDon't forget to do both sides!Written by: Autumn Dawson
