We’re excited to announce that we will be starting our Core Barre class on Friday, Febuary 18th at 11am!

Core Barre is an exercise program that combines elements of STOTT PILATES matwork, ballet and athletic conditioning exercises incorporating light weights. It emphasizes small intensive movements to condition and define the muscles and stretches to lengthen them and increase flexiblity. This is a high energy class with great music and it will be tons of fun!
