How do I get started?
There are several ways to get started with registering for appointments or classes at Stability. You can call our reception desk at 404.303.9153 or you can register online by clicking Make An Appointment. This will prompt you to give your personal contact information and will provide you with a login and password for future visits. Here you can view the different class schedules available, as well as the staff members’ schedule and availability. This will allow you to choose between several packages that will suit your needs.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment, as there will be paperwork to complete. This will also allow you to relax and check out the facility before beginning your session with your instructor or therapist.
If you are coming for a physical therapy visit, you will need to provide your therapy prescription from your physician to the receptionist or therapist.
What do I wear?
Please wear comfortable workout clothing that ensures that you can move without difficulty. Recognize that we will be in a gym area with other clients.
You may also want to bring a gym towel as well as a refillable water bottle for comfort during your session.
How many sessions do I need to see results?
We generally recommend that you participate in at least two sessions per week, whether these are individual Pilates sessions or group mat/equipment classes. This frequency helps to maintain and carryover the results from each session. We also recommend that you continue with some sort of cardio exercise 30 minutes per day, 4 days per week per the American Heart Association.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no charge for appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In order to be fair to others who need appointments, we charge the full fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or for no shows. This policy applies to Physical Therapy and Pilates appointments. You may cancel or change your appointment by calling the office at 404.303.9153 or do so online through our scheduling software. Frequent late cancellations or no shows may result in loss of a regularly scheduled time slot.
Do you have packages if I want to do pilates regularly?
Yes we do, please check out our rates and packages to see what we offer. Please note that all packages have an expiration of 9 months from the date of activation.
Can I download the new patient/client forms before I come in for my first session?
As a patient or client at our studio, you may be requested to complete one or more of these forms. In an effort to save time when you come in, you can print the form(s) directly from this site. Or, if you would like us to fax or mail the forms to you, just give us a call at 404.303.9153.
Do you sell Pilates and yoga equipment?
Yes. We sell small equipment like mats, toning balls, straps, foam rolls, fitness circles, DVDs, stability balls, flexbands, etc. More information is available here.
